What is Duskvale?

Twenty years after the great blackout and a reactor accident, the valley at the foot of the Alps has gone quiet. An abandoned village with a church and an inn, farms, dense spruce forests, a reservoir, an old mine – and in the east an irradiated army barracks holding the best loot.

You start at the train station with almost nothing: your clothes, a flashlight with a weak battery, a bottle of water. Everything else you find in houses, in the woods – or on other people. Raiders roam the village, feral dogs hunt in packs, and the nights are cold.

The world keeps running while you are offline. Play “Together” against the wilderness – or enter No Man’s Land, where anyone can be a threat. Not a zombie game: the danger is hunger, cold, weather and people.

Morning fog at the train station: an empty road, power poles, an abandoned car and a player with a backpack in the mist

Features

First-person 3D

A real 3D world with shadows, fog and light – right in your browser, with quality presets for weaker devices.

Persistent 2.4 × 2.4 km world

Village, farms, forests, lakes, a mine, a motorway bridge and the barracks – a world that never resets.

Co-op or No Man’s Land

Two worlds: work together against the wild – or everyone against everyone, with a blood price on killers.

Hunger, thirst, cold

Eat, boil water, stay warm, sleep. Bleeding, fractures, infections and poisoning need treatment.

Scavenging & crafting

Search cupboards, fridges and car trunks; craft bandages, bows, traps and tools yourself.

Build a fort

Palisades, gates, barbed wire, sandbags, a watchtower and torches – then hold off the raid.

Solar power

Unscrew panels from rooftops, build a system: lights, fridge, pump, electric fence and battery charging.

Cars, bikes, boats

Get wrecks running with a battery, tyres and fuel, ride a bike down farm tracks, row across the lake.

Forge & mining

Ore and coal in the mine, sand and clay by the creek, scrap from wrecks – and forge something new.

Factions & clans

Valley Watch, Free Company or lone wolf – plus your own clan of up to six with radio and shared crates.

Jobs

Old Gerda at the station trades in 9 mm rounds and hands out paid jobs.

Day, night, weather

Morning fog, thunderstorms, snow and seasons – at night, your flashlight matters.
